To Make a Jar of Honey Fermented Garlic

What you’ll need

  • 2-3 heads of garlic

  • 1-1/2 cups of garlic

  • 16oz jar

What to do

  1. Peel and lightly bruise the garlic and place it in a jar.

  2. Cover the garlic in honey

  3. Rotate jar once a day to continuously coat garlic with honey

  4. Every two days open the jar to release CO2 build-up

  5. After two weeks you can use as-is or add to salad dressings meat or vegetable marinades.
