To Make a Jar of Honey Fermented Garlic
What you’ll need
2-3 heads of garlic
1-1/2 cups of garlic
16oz jar
What to do
Peel and lightly bruise the garlic and place it in a jar.
Cover the garlic in honey
Rotate jar once a day to continuously coat garlic with honey
Every two days open the jar to release CO2 build-up
After two weeks you can use as-is or add to salad dressings meat or vegetable marinades.
