Mason Jar Mojito
We grow an unreal amount of mint on the farm and what better way to use then to make mojitos.
Makes two
What you’ll need
2 limes
4 tablespoons of cane sugar
small bundle of greenwood farms min (10 leaves per jar and a sprig to garnish)
1 can of club soda
crushed ices (roughly 2 cups)
What To Do
Place 10 mint leaves in each jar and add 2 tablespoons of cane sugar to each jar. muddle it all together
squeeze one lime in each jar. muddle again
top with desired ice amount and club soda and give stir.
garnish. (in the photo i used a dehydrated lime for garnish but its totally unnecessary)
